In this season’s first episode, Beegle and Trojan dive into a timely and lively discussion on the positive impact hemp could make in the reduction of plastic consumption in the next several years. The podcast’s theme, Cannabis Trumps Chaos, features three international guests from Australia, Columbia, and the U.K., including hemp industry pioneer Paul Benhaim, co-founder of CBD leader Elixinol and industry startup The Hemp Plastic Company; Oliver Zugel, CEO of CBD maker FoliuMed in Colombia; and Tommy Prendergrast, Event Manager of the Hemp & CBD Expo in Birmingham, England. Twice a month, the Let’s Talk Hemp hosts cover innovative topics that remind listeners that “Every day is Earth Day.” Additionally, their goal is to inform and unite a global audience through the episode’s Hemp Passport Segment, which provides international perspectives from first-hand experiences. Together, Beegle and Trojan interview acclaimed hemp industry leaders and ask them three essential questions:
- What are you most thankful for in this industry?
- What is the hemp industry’s biggest challenge?
- What is your favorite hemp product?
According to the Let’s Talk Hemp media website, the podcast serves as a positive voice for the industry and educational resource for the community for all things hemp. Recently, Forbes Magazine named the ‘Let’s Talk Hemp’ podcast as one of “Top 8 Cannabis Podcasts You Need in Your Life.”

We can continue to make strides in preserving our land, air and water with the viable and sustainable power of hemp.”
