Victory Hemp Boosts Capacity with U.S. Expansion

Carrollton, KY — In a decisive move that signals a new era for plant-based nutrition, Victory Hemp Foods has launched the largest hemp heart protein and oil processing line in North America. This milestone expansion strengthens the company’s ability to meet growing demand from food and beverage manufacturers seeking clean-label, sustainable, and functional ingredients.

Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Carrollton, Kentucky, Victory Hemp Foods has steadily built its reputation as a pioneering supplier of hemp-based food ingredients. Now, with a significant scale-up of its patented, solvent-free processing technology, the company is positioning itself as a linchpin in the next generation of plant-based food innovation.

“With our expanded capacity, we’re not just scaling production — we’re enabling our partners to bring inventive, wholesome products to market,” said Ben Raymond, Vice President of R&D at Victory Hemp Foods. “This is a pivotal moment for our industry, and I’m proud that Victory is leading the way.”

Clean Labels, Complete Nutrition

Victory’s signature ingredients — V-70® Hemp Heart Protein and V-ONE® Hemp Heart Oil — are already featured in a range of consumer goods across the U.S. Known for their high digestibility and functional versatility, these products cater to a rising demand for nutrient-rich, allergen-free, and environmentally friendly ingredients.

V-70® offers a complete amino acid profile along with critical micronutrients, while V-ONE® delivers an optimal omega-3 to omega-6 ratio — all without the use of heat or solvents, preserving the integrity of the nutrients. These attributes make them ideal for everything from baked goods and ice cream to powdered blends and plant-based meat analogues.

Scaling with Purpose

The newly launched processing line is located at the company’s SQF-certified facility in Kentucky and marks a major advancement in local agri-food manufacturing. It enables Victory Hemp to offer a dependable, high-volume supply of ingredients to meet rising global demand. The company plans to source from more than 20,000 acres of sustainably grown hemp by 2030, generating an estimated $18 million annually for local farmers.

“This is about delivering scalable, sustainable solutions,” said Chad Rosen, Victory’s CEO and Founder. “We’re working to reshape the food industry from the ground up by building transparent, traceable, and high-integrity supply chains.”

Beyond production, the company is expanding its Commercialization as a Service (CaaS) program, which supports brand partners with R&D support, application testing, and streamlined integration of Victory’s ingredients into finished goods. This turnkey model reduces time to market and simplifies technical hurdles for food formulators.

From Fields to Freezers: A Legacy Rooted in Innovation

Victory Hemp Foods’ story began on a modest scale, sourcing from a handful of Kentucky farmers shortly after hemp’s reintroduction via the 2014 Farm Bill. Today, the company remains rooted in those values: transparency, sustainability, and better food for families.

Its ingredients are non-GMO, Kosher-certified, and free of the top nine allergens, aligning with modern consumer priorities. With a patented low-impact production method recognized by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Victory Hemp has carved out a niche in functional, minimally processed plant proteins.

The company also walks its sustainability talk. Working with EcoVadis, a global ESG compliance leader, Victory openly tracks and reports progress on environmental, social, and governance metrics — including Scope III emissions reductions.

Future-Forward Applications

Victory is not stopping with oils and powders. The company is developing a broader product suite that includes plant-based puffs, protein inclusions, clusters, textured hemp protein®, and soluble isolates — opening the door to new applications in snacks, beverages, supplements, and frozen desserts.

As food companies double down on clean-label innovation, Victory’s expanded capabilities offer a timely and trusted solution.

“We’re not just processing hemp,” Rosen added. “We’re helping build a regenerative food system that benefits everyone — from farmers and formulators to families and the planet.”

A Call to Collaborate

With the infrastructure now in place, Victory Hemp Foods is actively engaging with CPG companies, foodservice operators, and entrepreneurs to explore how hemp can elevate their next product lines.

From ice cream to energy bars, if it can be made with hemp, Victory is ready to help.
