Is 2021 the Year of Hemp?
Winter Hemp Summit Explores the Road Ahead

Continuing the tradition of thought leadership and market advocacy in the market for all things hemp, the 3rd Annual Winter Hemp Summit will explore the opportunities and challenges facing the hemp industry in the year ahead with its day-long virtual conference on Thursday, January 14.

Produced by We Are For Better Alternatives (WAFBA) and Colorado Hemp Company, and powered by Let’s Talk Hemp Media and NoCo Hemp Expo, attendees are in for a power-packed day of discussions on ways to advance the industry. “We are excited for the 2021 Winter Hemp Summit to explore the most recent industry developments in-depth,” said Bob Hoban, President and Founder, Hoban Law Group, Presenting Sponsor of this year’s event.

“I’m excited for Winter Hemp Summit because I live and breathe hemp, and the participants are folks whose takes I’d like to hear. I’m moderating a panel about genetics comprised of professionals espousing a true cross section of ideas in hemp’s early launch and within its big tent,” said Doug Fine, regenerative hemp farmer and bestselling author of American Hemp Farmer and Hemp Bound.

The 3rd Annual Winter Hemp Summit Virtual Conference & Networking Event will feature industry experts including Kate Greenberg, Colorado’s Agriculture Commissioner; Jesse Stanley, Charlotte’s Web; Wendy Mosher, New West Genetics; and Eric Steenstra, Vote Hemp; and more. Registrants also will receive a copy of Let’s Talk Hemp’s new report, Hemp Industry 2021 Opportunities Report.

TAKE ACTION

Help Urge Support for H.R. 8179, The Hemp and Hemp-derived CBD Consumer Protection and Market Stabilization Act of 2020, U.S. Hemp Roundtable Action Alert

Hemp Supporters, there’s never been a more urgent opportunity to support CBD on Capitol Hill. If passed, H.R. 8179 would ensure that hemp-derived CBD, and other non-intoxicating hemp ingredients, could be lawfully marketed as dietary supplements.
